Coconut Chai Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 450g Frozen Berries
  • 450g Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 5 tsp of Spiced Chai Powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • A handful of Ice

How To Make

  1. Tip all of the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth. Add water if necessary.
  2. Pour contents of the blender into a cup.
  3. Enjoy!

For a creamier texture, substitute coconut yoghurt with Greek yoghurt or a plant-based alternative like almond or cashew yoghurt. You can also replace the banana with avocado for a richer, less sweet option that still offers great consistency.

If you prefer a more intense chai flavour, steep a chai tea bag in a small amount of hot water and add it to the blend. Just be sure to let it cool slightly before mixing it in with the rest of the ingredients to avoid melting the frozen berries.
