Serves 1
4 heaped teaspoons Drink Me Spiced Chai
2 tablespoons boiling water
3 scoops good quality vanilla ice cream
300ml milk
A handful of ice cubes
Stir the Spiced Chai into the boiling water until dissolved and smooth. Transfer to a food processor or blender, then add the ice cream, the milk and the ice. Process for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth and well blended, and then serve immediately in a chilled glass.

2 tablespoons Drink Me Spiced Chai
2 tablespoons boiling water
175ml milk
1 x 200g tub low fat Fromage Frais
300g frozen blueberries, defrosted
2 tablespoons runny honey
In a jug, combine the Spiced Chai with the boiling water and stir until dissolved and smooth. Top up with the milk and then pour into a food processor or blender. Add the Fromage Frais, blueberries and honey, and process together until very smooth. Strain this mixture through a sieve to remove any tough blueberry skins, and serve chilled.

To decorate: a sprinkle of cinnamon
Mix the Spiced Chai with the water, and stir together until dissolved and smooth. Heat the milk in a saucepan until hot (but not boiling), then using a milk frother to whisk until frothy. Pour the hot milk over the Spiced Chai mixture, stirring well. Pour into a warmed mug, sprinkle over a little cinnamon and serve immediately.
