Chai has been enjoyed in India for centuries where it is traditionally sold at train stations by street vendors known as Wallahs. The ingredients are freshly blended and served in ceramic mugs which are usually smashed after use. Not something we recommend, unless its an unwanted pressie. Drink Me Chai is a modern version of this traditional drink but still holds all of its original appeal. We just made it easier to prepare so you don't have to get out the pestle and mortor.
